1. No Refunds for Completed Services

Due to the nature of our work, refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully delivered or partially completed. Each project involves significant time, strategy, and resource allocation tailored specifically to your business.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service or subscription by providing written notice within 24 hours of payment, provided work has not yet begun. If cancellation is approved, a refund (minus any administrative or processing fees) will be issued within 7–10 business days.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • The service has not yet started or no deliverables have been provided
  • A technical issue on our part prevents us from delivering the agreed-upon service
  • You’ve been charged in error and report it within 7 days of the transaction

Each request will be reviewed individually, and Starnet Drive reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
